Yesbound (“we”, “us”) provides cold email and outbound lead generation services to business clients. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Yesbound is operated by Joseph Dougherty. For any privacy question, or to exercise any right described below, contact joseph@yesbound.com.
If you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, company, and message you provide. We use this solely to reply to you and to evaluate whether we are a fit to work together.
Our website host, Webflow, may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, in order to serve and secure the site.
When we run outbound campaigns for a client, we process business contact information about prospective customers, typically name, job title, employer, and business email address. This data is obtained from commercially available business data providers and public professional sources.
We process this data on our client's instructions and for the sole purpose of business-to-business communication relevant to that prospect's professional role. We do not sell personal data, and we do not target consumers in a personal capacity.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for business-to-business outreach, balanced against the recipient's rights, and on consent where consent is required. Where United States law applies, we use accurate sender information and honour every opt-out request we receive.
If you reply to any campaign email asking to unsubscribe, to stop hearing from us, or to be removed, we stop contacting you immediately and add you to a do-not-contact list so you are excluded from future campaigns. You may also email joseph@yesbound.com at any time and ask to be removed. We will suppress your address across all campaigns we operate and retain only the minimum record needed to honour that suppression.
We use third-party tools to deliver our services, and data may be processed by them on our behalf. These currently include email sending and warmup platforms, business data and enrichment providers, email verification services, and our website host. Each is bound by its own terms and privacy commitments.
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the enquiry. Campaign data is retained for the duration of the client engagement and deleted or returned at the client's request, except where we must retain suppression records.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict processing, and to request a copy of it. Email us and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and, where enabled, basic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
